To ACCC@animalcancercareclinic.com,
Tasha was discharged from your care essentially to home hospice care in August because her B-cell lymphoma had returned and it was not responsive to any further treatment protocols available.
Her disease progressed and on the night of August 31 she precipitously decompensated and the next day Dr. Johanna Wade administered humane euthanasia in my home.
I want to thank all of you including the veterinarians, veterinary technicians and support staff for the expert veterinary care Tasha received over the last two years. Drs. Correa, Sones and Fernandez (in order of treatment over the last two years) deserve my highest professional praise for the quality of care and continuity of care Tasha received.

Dear Dr. Correa and the ACCC family,
As you know, Wolfie passed away in my arms Thursday morning, January 24, 2019.
Firstly, Dr. Correa, your professionalism was always appreciated. Your compassion, sensitivity, and down to earth communication made the ordeal of dealing with Wolfie’s illness for over twenty six months less painful. You are a very special human being and I know could Wolfie talk, he would thank you for the extra time and sensitivity you gave him and me.
Secondly, your family (staff) is second to none. Your reception ladies, Stacie, Jamie, Devon and Christina were always so thoughtful, friendly, compassionate and upbeat.. In particular, Christina was interactive with Wolfie and Devon would always shout “See you tomorrow Wolfie… goodbye Mr. Shone.” – Just always making us feel so special.
